In the early morning hours of September 14th, an unfortunate shooting happened as a result of a domestic incident at Autumn Ridge Apartments. While Autumn Ridge Management has a stringent qualifying process for residents that includes a criminal background check, the persons involved were not authorized residents. Autumn Ridge Management has taken immediate action to remove the resident living at the community whose visitors caused the incident.
In an ongoing effort to uphold our Zero Crime Tolerance Policy at Autumn Ridge Management there is strict resident criteria followed consistently that includes a criminal background check for every adult residing in the apartment to be approved for residency. Further, as part of the lease agreement, all qualifying residents must take full responsibility for all acts of their guests.
Autumn Ridge is committed to prevention of risk, taking quick action when any violation of our Zero Crime Tolerance Policy occurs, and continues to monitor and enforce all community rules consistently for the well-being of our residents.
