RESSCO closed on the 405-unit apartment community on January 11, 2018. Kevin Dillon with Berkadia’s Southfield Office brokered the transaction, Dave Sibbold with Berkadia brokered the debt. “When the seller had multiple offers they wanted to go with a buyer they knew would close the deal,” commented Dillon, Managing Director at Berkadia. “As always when working with RESSCO, we closed on time.” said Dillon.
